Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ownly (“App”) via ownly.social, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

You must be at least the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to use digital services. The App does not knowingly collect or require date of birth information but may restrict access where legal eligibility is not met.

3. User Accounts

All App-related software, branding, and content (excluding user content) are owned by Ownly or its licensors.

8. Termination

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ownly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

  • India users: governed by Indian law
  • US users: governed by applicable federal and state laws, including California where applicable
